Booking Policies
Payment
Full payment for your appointment is taken online by card at the time of booking or A non-refundable deposit of £20 will be charged in order to secure your appointment slot. By paying a deposit it means you have agreed to our T&Cs. In an unlikely occasion due to a fault on our side where your appointment has been cancelled your deposit will be refunded. However if your appointment has been cancelled due to not adhering to our T&Cs your deposit will not be refunded. Remaining balance should be paid via CASH ONLY. (Please ensure you come to your appointment with the correct balance, there will be no change available!)
Late Policy
If you are running late, please let us know! We have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged a £10 Late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your payment will be forfeited. Any emergency appointments should be made his dm on Instagram or email (byadebless@gmail.com) with a minimum of 72 hours notice costing an additional £15 fee (falls under premium slot).
Cancellation + Plus ones:
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No shows will be permanently prohibited from booking in the future. Due to being a home based hairstylist, plus ones are not allowed during your appointment. Only your child can come but under your supervision, please pack everything she/he would need. Any disrespectful attributes or behaviour towards me of my home will lead to an end of the appointment.
Availability + Dropping Hair off
Slots are released on the 7th of each month at 12pm. Slots booked outside of hours (before 9am & after 6pm) will incur an additional £10 fee. Which do I need? +IMPORTANT!
Our Flat Weft Bundles & HD Frontals are ideal for our Frontal Ponytails, whereas our 250% density Wigs are ideal for our Wig installation services. I only accept 100% human hair wigs, with pre-plucked hairline. I do not accept holes or tears in wigs (Re-install). I sell Wigs, Bundles, Frontals and Closures!
When to order?
If you require a wig or bundles to be provided at your appointment, you must place an order at least 12 days prior.
